These beautiful genuine silk lavender eye pillows are handmade by a foundation in Switzerland.

Eye pillows can be used during savasana, meditation or just relaxation. They calm the eyes and senses and can be used to sooth stress related headaches. Lavender is known for its relaxing and soothing properties. Eye pillows may also be used as an ice or heat pack. Just place it in the fridge for a couple of hours or a couple of seconds in the microwave.
