Creative Mala Workshop in Münsingen with Rachel Sundström

Be inspired and get creative, a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Design and create your own mala from inception to the finishing touches using mindfulness, meditation and a good dose of patience. You will be guided through each step of the sacred mala making process during this workshop lasting approximately 5 hours.
We start the workshop with a sensual cocoa ceremony. You set your intention with which you will knot your mala necklace. The wonderful atmosphere and the intention you set will create a meditative mood.
The workshop includes all the materials to create your sacred mala necklace from a base of Rudraksha or Sandalwood including up to 20 gemstone beads. Additionally, a small selection of 925 sterling silver or gold vermeil spacers, the thread, a guru bead and tassel.
