We ship Worldwide. Different shipping rates may apply and you may be liable to pay customs import taxes in your country.

How long is the processing time?

We aim to ship within 2 to 5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF100.00 within Switzerland and CHF150.00 outside of Switzerland.

What happens if my mala or bracelet breaks?

Your mala or bracelet has a guarantee for two years. You can ship it back to us for repair.  Please contact us for a return authorisation number.

I placed an order but forgot to use my discount code, can I still receive the discount?

Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we will refund the appropriate amount to your original method of payment.
