Where do you ship to?We ship Worldwide. Different shipping rates may apply and you may be liable to pay customs import taxes in your country.

How long is the processing time?We aim to ship within 2 to 5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF100.00 within Switzerland and CHF150.00 outside of Switzerland.

What happens if my mala or bracelet breaks?Your mala or bracelet has a guarantee for two years. You can ship it back to us for repair. Please contact us for a return authorisation number.
