We aim to ship within 2 to 5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over CHF100.00 within Switzerland and CHF150.00 outside of Switzerland.

Your mala or bracelet has a guarantee for two years. You can ship it back to us for repair. Please contact us for a return authorisation number.
