Return Policy

• We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Customised orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item at info@malatopia.ch to request a return authorisation number.

 

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• We aim to process refunds within 30 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or our error.

• We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during return shipping.
